The guard tour system or the patrol tour control system is a combination of a data carrier device in the form of a pen at the points produced with the proximity technology to the places we want the security guard to control in the field or within the enterprise, and electronics and software that record the patrol hours when the security guard goes to these points during the tour hours and approaches the device systems it works on.
The working principle of guard tour systems used in schools, campuses, hospitals, shopping malls, construction sites, factories, military areas is as follows;
1. If we have security points and more than one security officer, the cards of these people are pre-defined in the software.
2. Security points are placed in areas that we want the security guard to check.
3. When the security guard's patrol time comes, the guard reads his/her ID card to the pen and the system understands that he/she has started his duty.
4. The security guard visits the previously placed security points one by one in the order of the tour and brings the guard pen in her/his hand closer to these security points and records the guard pen.
5. After all the patrol tour hours are over, the records in the guard pen are transferred to the program with the USB data cable.
